As an Executive Marketing Assistant at BG Virtual Administrative Services, she acts as a liaison between the agency and BG’s marketing team, overseeing project timelines, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring every campaign aligns with brand strategy and deadlines.
Originally from Colombia, she proudly embraces her Hispanic roots. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she connects diverse audiences and brings an inclusive approach to marketing and project management.
With over five years of experience coordinating events and managing proposals for bids and contracts, she brings strong organizational, planning, and quality control skills to every project she leads.
Yari Febles is an Administrative Professional with over 20 years of experience enhancing efficiency, productivity, and service quality across diverse industries. She specializes in managing complex calendars, coordinating projects, and overseeing daily office operations to ensure seamless business flow. Throughout her career, she has provided high-level executive and personal support to senior leaders at organizations such as Universal Studios Hollywood (Marketing & Sales), NBCUniversal / Universal Pictures International, Fairwinds Credit Union, JCQ Services, Inc., The Social Lights-Social Media Marketing Agency, to name a few.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Yari is deeply rooted in her Hispanic heritage. Being bilingual in English and Spanish has been a key asset throughout her career, allowing her to bridge communication gaps, build stronger relationships, and bring a more inclusive perspective to every executive she supports.
